~1 2nd Wing+9+4 or higher(best if option is +16 DO NOT GO ABOVE 16 it will lower ur % ALOT)
~1 Jewel of Chaos, 1 Jewel of Creation and 10 Stacked Jewel of Soul.

~1 or more EXC item +9+4 or higher(best if option is +16 DO NOT GO ABOVE 16 it will lower ur % ALOT).
~1 Jewel of Chaos, 1 Jewel of Creation, 10 Stacked Jewel of Soul and 10 Stacked Jewel of Bless.
